The Regional Philharmonic Society established this performance venue in 1944, creating a dedicated space for musical arts in western Kazakhstan.
Named after composer Gaziza Zhubanova, the hall presents classical symphonies, folk music performances, and exhibitions throughout the performance season.
Visitors can purchase tickets through Ticketon online platform or at the venue, with free parking available for 25 vehicles on the right side.
The facility contains the largest exhibition center in western Kazakhstan, the Art Center, which hosts forums, fashion shows, and musical performances.
