Abderrahman Slaoui Museum

The Abderrahman Slaoui Museum is a private collection housed in a restored residence in Casablanca that displays Moroccan decorative arts and crafts. The exhibition features inlaid furniture, hand-painted ceramics, traditional jewelry with semiprecious stones, and Orientalist travel posters from the 19th and early 20th centuries.

The institution was founded by businessman Abderrahman Slaoui and opened to the public in 2012, transforming a decades-long personal collection into an accessible cultural space. This conversion reflected a broader effort to preserve and share Moroccan artistic traditions with wider audiences.
