Al Hoceima National Park

Al Hoceima National Park is a protected area in northern Morocco covering both mountain terrain and Mediterranean coastline. The landscape features rugged highlands with scattered coves and beaches bordered by limestone formations.

The park was established in 1942 to protect the natural environment of northern Morocco's mountainous coast. This marked an early conservation effort for this remote region.
