Central Tower

Central Tower is a modern office building located next to Sukhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar with 17 floors above ground and one underground level. The structure contains commercial spaces, retail shops, and offices arranged across multiple stories in a contemporary design.

This structure was completed in 2009 and became the tallest building in Mongolia at that time. It marked a turning point in the capital's modern skyline after years of lower structures dominating the cityscape.

The tower hosts international luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Zegna, and Hugo Boss, showing how much the capital has grown in recent years. Visitors can find high-end fashion, watches, and accessories from globally recognized designers within its commercial spaces.

This building is easily accessible by public transportation and is centrally located in the city. Multiple elevators and accessible design features make it simple for all visitors to move through the spaces.

A statue of Marco Polo stands in front of the building, created by artist Denzen Barsbold in 2011. The figure references the historical trade routes that connected Mongolia with the wider world.
