Hovenring, Suspended bicycle bridge in Veldhoven, Netherlands
The Hovenring features a 70-meter central pylon supporting a circular platform that allows cyclists to cross intersections without encountering vehicular traffic.
The structure opened in 2012 after engineers addressed initial vibration issues through the installation of specialized dampers in the suspension cables.

Four different cycle paths connect at this elevated roundabout, enabling riders to select their direction while maintaining continuous movement above the road network.
Steel cables extend from the central tower to support the 72-meter diameter circular deck, creating the first elevated bicycle roundabout in the world.
