The Hovenring is a suspended bicycle bridge in Veldhoven that features a circular platform hung from a central tower. Riders can pass through an intersection from multiple directions without encountering motor traffic below.
The structure was completed in 2012 following years of design and engineering work. It introduced a new approach to protecting cyclists at busy road intersections.
