De Regent is a 96 meter tall residential tower with 34 floors located in Eindhoven's center on Willemstraat. The high-rise provides apartments across all levels from ground floor to the top story.
The building was completed in 1999 and marked the start of modern high-rise construction in Eindhoven. It replaced the Philips building as the city's dominant tall structure, which had defined the skyline for decades before.
De Regent shaped how Eindhoven's city center looks today with modern residential architecture. The building shows how the city transformed into a contemporary urban space in recent decades.
