Porthos rises 101 meters high with 32 floors, featuring ceramic brick and aluminum facade that houses 108 residential apartments in central Eindhoven.
The construction started in 2004 and finished in 2006, with a total investment of 24.5 million euros by ING Real Estate Development.
This residential tower forms part of De Drie Musketiers development, integrating modern living spaces with the expanded Woensel shopping center below.
The building contains exclusively owner-occupied apartments, with penthouses accessing a private rooftop terrace and connection to underground parking facilities.
Construction teams completed the tower structure in 100 days using prefabricated concrete parts pre-equipped with glass and piping installations.
