The Skysuites Tower, Mixed-use skyscraper at EDSA and Quezon Avenue intersection, Philippines.
The Skysuites Tower is a 38-story building with two connected sections at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. One half has residences arranged in a semicircle, the other has offices in a curved design, with shops and dining options below.
Construction by Globe Asiatique began but halted in 2007 due to financial and legal setbacks. DoubleDragon Properties took over in 2014 and finished the project, bringing it to completion.
The building brings residential life and office work together in one place, reflecting how modern Quezon City is growing. People here can live, work, and shop without needing to travel far.
The building sits near Quezon Avenue MRT Station, making it simple to reach by train. Around the site you'll find schools, hospitals, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.
Units feature custom Garden Loft and Podium Loft designs that differ from typical apartment layouts across Metro Manila. These layouts offer homeowners more flexible living spaces within the same building.
