Świeradów-Zdrój is a town in Lower Silesia, Poland, located among the forested slopes of the Jizera Mountains. The settlement sits in the valley of the Kwisa River and serves as a base for mountain walks and thermal treatments.
The settlement received its first written record in 1337 under the German name Bad Flinsberg. In 1768 the first spa structures were built, turning the village into a health resort.
