Dukla, Municipal center in Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Poland

The town stretches along the Jasiołka River at the base of Cergowa Mountain, which reaches an elevation of 716 meters above sea level.

During the Swedish invasion of 1656, King John II Casimir traveled through Dukla before the Transylvanian army damaged the settlement the following year.

From 1742, the town developed into a cultural center under Jerzy August Mniszech and Maria Amalia von Bruhl, featuring a theater and orchestra.

Dukla maintains connections to nearby cities through European route E371, providing access to regional transportation networks and commercial routes.

The town received recognition through the Medal Guardian of National Memorials for preserving significant historical and cultural monuments within its boundaries.
