The park grounds were established in 1772 for Princess Izabela Lubomirska, with architects Efraim Szreger and Szymon Bogumił Zug designing the original garden layout.
The Szuster Palace within the park hosts the Warsaw Music Society, contributing to the local music scene through regular performances and events.
The park remains open without fences, offering free access through main entrances from Puławska, Spacerowa, and Belwederska streets.
