Twardorzeczka, Administrative division in Żywiec County, southern Poland
Twardorzeczka is a village in Gmina Lipowa located in the Żywiec Basin in southern Poland. The settlement sits between 420 and 550 meters in elevation and is crossed by a stream that originates from the Silesian Beskids mountains.
The village developed as a hamlet of Radziechowy before gaining independent administrative status in 1948. This separation marked its integration into the regional governance structure of southern Poland.
The village maintains traditional Polish administrative structures with a sołtys as local leader, currently represented by Alicja Hodurek for community governance.
The village is located roughly ten kilometers southwest of Żywiec and can be easily reached from the city. Its position in the relatively level Żywiec Basin makes it accessible for visitors exploring the wider region.
Two protected linden trees are registered as natural monuments within the village and represent rare examples of local environmental protection efforts. These trees were officially recognized to preserve their cultural and ecological importance to the community.
