Blue Point in Warsaw

Blue Point is a modern office skyscraper in the Praga-Południe neighborhood, positioned at the intersection of Stanów Zjednoczonych Avenue and Grenadierów Street. The complex combines an 18-story main tower with a connected 14-floor extension, offering continuous office space throughout both structures.

The original structure was completed in 2001, initiating a new era of commercial development in the area. A major expansion followed between 2013 and 2016, transforming the site into a larger integrated complex.

The building represents modern architectural elements of Warsaw's business landscape, designed by architect Wojciech Jankowski with commercial spaces integration.

The site sits at a well-visible location where two major streets meet, making it straightforward to find and approach. Extensive parking is available on-site, and the surrounding area is well-served by public transportation options.

The two towers are directly connected to one another, allowing occupants to move between buildings without stepping outside. This linkage makes it possible to create large office spaces that span across both structures.
