Nowy Teatr im. Witkacego operates in a dedicated building on Lutoslawski Street, presenting dramatic performances and hosting artistic events throughout the year.
The theater was established in 2004 and spent its first 16 years operating within the Slupsk Philharmonic building before moving to its current location.
The institution carries the name of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz, a Polish playwright and painter who influenced modernist literature and theatrical arts.
