Dziesiąta, Residential district in Lublin, Poland
Dziesiąta is a residential district occupying the southeastern part of Lublin with schools, libraries, and administrative facilities serving the local population. The area contains multiple public institutions and services that meet everyday community needs.
The district was formally established through City Council Resolution No. 895/XXXVIII/2006 on February 23, 2006. This reorganization replaced the previous administrative structure and created a new framework for the area.
Three branches of the Hieronim Łopaciński Public Library and three high schools in Dziesiąta provide educational resources and literature to the community.
The district office holds regular public consultations every Wednesday from 17:00 to 18:00 at Mickiewicza 36. Residents can meet with officials to discuss local community matters during these sessions.
Green spaces in the district follow a reduced mowing strategy to maintain soil moisture and allow natural plant growth. This approach supports local biodiversity throughout the area.
