Javorina, Mountain summit on Polish-Slovak border
Jaworzyna Konieczniańska is a mountain summit straddling the border between Poland and Slovakia at roughly 1220 meters. The peak offers views across both territories and sits along a ridge that forms the natural boundary between the two countries.
The mountain has served as a natural boundary marker between Polish and Slovak territories since medieval times. This geographical feature remained a consistent reference point for communities on both sides throughout the centuries.
