The Church of the Assumption features pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and three aisles leading to a polygonal chancel with brick construction at 201 meters elevation.
Following its establishment in 1205, the church underwent multiple reconstructions after fires, including a significant rebuild in 1300 by craftsmen from Moravia.
The church provided services in both Polish and German languages by 1407, reflecting the diverse community needs of medieval Racibórz inhabitants.
