Church of Saint Christopher in Podkowa Leśna

The Church of Saint Christopher is a brick building with traditional architectural elements, surrounded by gardens designed by Professor Zygmunt Hellwig. The structure combines solid masonry with carefully planned outdoor grounds that form a cohesive whole.

Construction began in April 1933 after local residents gathered funding, and Archbishop Antoni Szlagowski consecrated the building in November that same year. This rapid completion reflects the strong commitment of the community to establish a new place of worship.

The parish organizes regular religious ceremonies, youth gatherings, and concerts featuring Marian and patriotic music throughout the year. These events shape the spiritual and community life of Podkowa Leśna.
