Toruń Artillery Museum

The Toruń Artillery Museum displays a broad collection of military equipment including cannons, mortars, and rocket systems in both indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces. The items come from different time periods and show how this technology developed over the years.

The museum was established in 1978 at the Higher School of Rocket Forces and Artillery, continuing the tradition of an earlier museum founded in 1923. This connection shows how the collection has remained important to Polish military history.

The museum is located in the Jakubskie Przedmieście area and easy to reach, with separate exhibition areas for outdoor cannons and indoor displays. Wear comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella if rain is expected, since part of the collection is outdoors.

The museum houses Poland's only complete collection of rocket equipment with tactical missile systems such as the R-11M. This specialized collection exists nowhere else in the country in such completeness.
