Park Skowroni is a public green space in southern Wrocław located between the residential areas of Gaj and Borek. It contains walking paths, sports facilities, a running track, and a children's playground.
The park was established in 1967 on the grounds of former cemeteries and received its official name through a city council decision in 1993. This transformation changed a burial site into a recreation space.
The park grounds include the Soviet Soldiers Cemetery on Skowronia Mountain and the Saint Maurice Parish Cemetery, preserving local historical memory.
The park offers 24-hour unrestricted access and is equipped with outdoor fitness equipment, volleyball courts, and various sports facilities. Visitors will find plenty of space for outdoor activities throughout the day.
The park sits near several medical and research institutions including a military hospital and immunology institute. This location makes it a convenient stopping point for those visiting these nearby facilities.
