The park extends along the Łyna River, featuring multiple walking paths at different levels, two decorative fountains, and numerous deciduous trees.
The park surrounds fragments of medieval city walls and includes a commemorative boulder dedicated to local historical figure Seweryn Pieniężny.
Several sculptures by regional artists decorate the park grounds, including the Symphony of Birds fountain and the Child on a Fish installation.
The park contains recently renovated infrastructure with new benches, bicycle racks, lighting systems, and dedicated cycling paths throughout the grounds.
A natural water threshold in the Łyna River within the park creates a small waterfall that locals refer to as Niagara.
