Railway Zwardoń-Skalité border crossing

The Railway Zwardoń-Skalité border crossing is a rail link between a Polish and Slovak town set in mountainous terrain. The line handles regular passenger and freight traffic between the two countries.

The original railway line opened in 1884 and already connected the two locations. After Czechoslovakia dissolved in 1992, this point became officially designated as a border crossing.
