Patria Sanatorium in Krynica-Zdrój

The four-story health facility features marble interiors, rotating entrance doors, and balconies offering views of Góra Parkowa mountain.

Built between 1932 and 1934 by architect Bohdan Pniewski, the sanatorium was commissioned by Polish tenor Jan Kiepura as a luxury guesthouse.

The facility attracted numerous artists, writers, journalists, and politicians during the 1930s, including Princess Juliana of the Netherlands.

Located at Pułaskiego 35 street, the sanatorium provides accommodation for 87 guests with single and double rooms equipped with bathrooms.

The main entrance features a rooftop terrace with a neon sign displaying 'PATRIA', which means homeland in Latin.
