Commercialbank Plaza

Commercialbank Plaza is a modern high-rise building on the Doha waterfront designed with a transparent glass exterior. The structure rises 22 stories and features office spaces built to accommodate financial and corporate operations.

The building opened in 2009 as the headquarters for Commercial Bank of Qatar and became a key landmark in the city's modern development. Its completion marked a period of rapid growth and economic expansion in the region during that time.

The building sits prominently along the waterfront where locals and visitors pass through the busy district. Its modern glass design reflects the contemporary character that defines this part of the city today.

The building sits along the Corniche waterfront and is easy to spot and reach from the promenade. It looks best during daytime when you can fully see the glass facade and how it contrasts with the surrounding cityscape.

The structure uses a triple-layer glass facade system with motorized blinds that automatically adjust throughout the day to manage sunlight. This advanced technology helps reduce energy consumption while allowing natural light to fill the interior spaces.
