House on Mosfilmovskaya, Modern residential skyscraper in western Moscow, Russia
The House on Mosfilmovskaya is a modern residential complex consisting of two towers of different heights connected by a multi-story building at the base. The two main towers are joined by an eight-story connecting structure that sits on three ground levels, forming a unified development.
The project began in 2007 under the direction of developer DON-Stroy and was completed in late 2011. Its completion marked an important addition to Moscow's modern residential landscape during that period.
The complex takes its name from the nearby Mosfilmovskaya Street, which is named after a famous film studio in the area. Its twisted shape has become a recognizable landmark in this part of Moscow.
The complex features multiple elevators and underground parking facilities readily accessible to residents and visitors. Additional amenities including retail areas and sports facilities are distributed across various levels throughout the development.
The main tower displays a color gradient with eight different shades of exterior panels that transition gradually from white at the top to limestone tones at the base. This subtle effect emphasizes the tower's height and creates an optical impression of lightness.
