Pulkovskiy Park, Urban park in Moskovsky District, Saint Petersburg, Russia
Pulkovskiy Park is an urban green space in Moskovsky District that spreads between Pulkovo and Moscow highways. The area features walking paths, lawns, a central pond with an island, and a religious complex of three Orthodox churches.
The park was designed by architect A.G. Lelyakov and opened to the public in 1989. The northern section contains World War II defense fortifications that remain part of the landscape today.
Three Orthodox churches form a religious complex near the pond, creating a spiritual focal point within the park. The Church of Saint George the Victorious serves as a meaningful landmark that draws visitors interested in the area's spiritual life.
The park is accessible from Moskovskaya and Zvezdnaya metro stations, with multiple entry points along both main highways. Several access routes make it easy to enter from different directions depending on your location.
The central pond was formerly called Kikerikeksen but is now known as Srednerogatsky Pond. A pedestrian bridge connects the mainland to an island in the middle of the water.
