Holy Myrrhbearers church

Holy Myrrhbearers church is a white stone structure with five domes arranged linearly from east to west, crowned by a tall bell tower. The building contains multiple prayer halls positioned sequentially, creating a distinctive linear composition typical of its architectural approach.

The church was constructed in 1649, replacing an earlier wooden building from the 13th century that had experienced repeated fires and rebuilding. This transition from timber to stone represented a major shift toward a more permanent and resilient religious structure.
