St. Nicholas church of the former Nicholas monastery

St. Nicholas church is a stone structure in central Pskov featuring black domes and a bell tower with traditional Russian Orthodox design elements. The building accommodates different congregations within its interior spaces while retaining its original architectural form.

The church was built in the 1780s for the Fedoseevtsy Old Believer community and initially served only their needs. After religious reforms in 1857, it began hosting the Coreligionist congregation and has maintained this dual role ever since.
