Building of revenue house of K. A. Vorozhein

The two-story brick building features rusticated ground floors, decorated entrances, and ornamental details across its facade at Bolshaya Sadovaya Street intersection.

Constructed in 1890 by architect Grigory Vasilyev, the revenue house changed ownership to merchant P. K. Masalitina in the early twentieth century.

The structure combines architectural elements of baroque and classicism, representing the evolution of Russian building design during the late nineteenth century.

Following multiple renovations and ownership changes since the 1990s, the building maintains both residential spaces and commercial establishments on different floors.

During the Great Patriotic War, the building lost its corner cupola, which was later reconstructed in a simplified version maintaining its historical character.
