The Saints Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov and Sophia Church displays Russian Revival architecture with traditional elements incorporated into its structural design and decorative features.
The church experienced multiple reconstructions, beginning as a wooden structure in 1773, followed by stone construction in 1823, and another renovation in 1912.
The church bears the names of three young sisters martyred in 2nd century Rome and their mother, representing the Christian virtues of faith, hope, and love.
The religious building stands one kilometer from Savyolovskaya metro station within the grounds of Miussky cemetery, making it accessible to visitors.
This Orthodox church operates as part of the Federal Research Center for Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology, combining religious and medical institutional functions.
