P&T Architects & Engineers developed this building in 2011, leading to its official opening in June 2013 and full completion in January 2014.
The postmodern architecture of Burj Rafal combines residential spaces, offices, and a hotel, reflecting Saudi Arabia's urban development initiatives.
The building contains 350 residential units and multiple floors of hotel accommodations, supported by commercial areas and shopping facilities at lower levels.
The structure required an investment of 320 million dollars and features specialized systems for facade design, lighting, and acoustics throughout its spaces.
