Boulevard City, Entertainment complex in Hittin district, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Boulevard City is a large entertainment complex in the Hittin district that stretches across approximately 89 hectares along Prince Turki Al-Awwal Road. The development combines retail shops, dining venues, performance spaces, and outdoor activity areas within a connected pedestrian zone.
The complex opened in 2021 as part of Saudi Vision 2030, an economic and social policy focused on diversification and tourism. This development marked a turning point in Riyadh's urban planning and expanded the city's leisure offerings considerably.
The complex contains nine distinct areas that reimagine international cityscapes, offering visitors a playful journey through global design languages. These zones create spaces where locals and travelers gather, stroll through wide pedestrian pathways, and attend open-air events that become especially crowded in the evenings.
The venue opens daily from late afternoon until after midnight and can be entered without an admission ticket. Several parking areas are distributed throughout the site, making it easier to reach different zones of the complex.
The venue houses a bowling facility with over fifty lanes, considered the largest of its kind in the country. An outdoor gallery also displays handprints from international celebrities who attended special occasions on site.
