Capital Market Authority Headquarters

The Capital Market Authority Headquarters is a 385-meter-tall skyscraper with 77 floors above ground, built with glass and steel construction. The structure extends below street level with four underground stories that provide additional functional spaces.

Construction began in 2010 and reached its maximum height in 2014 before opening for operations in 2016. This development represented a major step in establishing the financial infrastructure of Riyadh.

The building serves as the command center for Saudi Arabia's financial market regulation, marking the nation's advancement in global economic systems.

The building contains 40 elevators, including an advanced Twin system with two cabs operating in single shafts for efficient vertical movement. Inside you will also find a fitness center, swimming pool, and observation deck for visitors.

The building houses specialized facilities including a fitness center and swimming pool that underscore its role as a comprehensive workplace for thousands of staff members. Visitors can take in views of the city from the observation deck.
