Diamond Tower, Skyscraper in coastal Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The Diamond Tower is a skyscraper in northern Jeddah with 93 floors above ground and 15 below. The building reaches a height of 432 meters and stands out from other towers in the city through its spiral architecture.
Planning for the tower began in 2025 as part of a wider initiative to develop Jeddah as a city. Construction is part of the program to reshape the coastal city into a center for architecture and commerce.
The tower represents Saudi Arabia's architectural advancement, combining geometric patterns with contemporary design principles that reflect regional identity.
The tower sits near the Red Sea coast and contains apartments, offices, and shops across many floors. Access is through main roads in the northern district, which connect directly to other parts of Jeddah.
The facade rotates around its own axis as it rises, creating a shifting form. This movement produces a play of light and shadow that changes with the time of day and position of the sun.
