Söderåsen National Park, National park in Skåne County, Sweden
The park spans 1,400 hectares of land with deep ravines, ancient deciduous forests, and glacial formations across the Söderåsen plateau.
The area transformed from agricultural land to protected status in 2001, preserving one of northern Europe's largest continuous protected woodland areas.
The Naturum Visitor Centre in Skäralid presents exhibitions about local geology, flora, fauna, and regional traditions throughout the seasons.
Visitors can access over 25 kilometers of marked hiking trails through two main entrances: Skäralid and Röstånga, both served by bus 518.
The park contains Odensjön, a circular lake 19 meters deep, named after the Norse god Odin, surrounded by 90-meter-deep ravines.
