Göteborg City Race, Motor racing circuit in Gothenburg, Sweden

Göteborg City Race is a motorsport circuit set within the harbor district of Gothenburg, spanning roughly 1.6 kilometers through the Frihamnspiren docklands with multiple curves designed for overtaking. The layout incorporates existing harbor infrastructure and holds up to 30,000 spectators.

The circuit opened in June 2008 on Frihamnspiren with an STCC round won by Thed Björk, drawing close to 40,000 spectators. In February 2010 the organiser secured four more years of racing. The STCC was replaced by the TTA Racing Elite League in 2012, and the merged series raced here in 2013 and 2014. The final 2015 edition was cancelled due to a clash with the Volvo Ocean Race, and the facility was demolished in spring 2015.

The venue on Frihamnspiren was called "Eco Drive Arena" during the 2012 STCC round, when every car ran on environmentally classed fuel. The northern hairpin, with its grandstand, doubled year-round as a karting track. The circuit's two wide hairpins echoed those of the Hockenheimring.

The circuit no longer exists: it was demolished in spring 2015 and the site is now being redeveloped for housing. The former Frihamnspiren docklands location is within walking distance of central Gothenburg, but there is nothing left of the track to visit.

The circuit was originally branded as Eco Drive Arena and prioritized environmental responsibility by requiring environmentally classified fuels for all racing events. This focus on sustainability set it apart from many other racing venues.
