Josefinelust, Stone beach at Kullaberg, Sweden
The beach consists of medium-sized stones and features a long wooden staircase descending through beech forest to reach the water's edge.
Queen Josefina, wife of King Oscar I, visited this location in 1865, leading to the naming of the beach in her recognition.
The area contains five notable caves, including Fredrik VII's cave and two formations known as Big and Little Josefinelust grotta.
Visitors require sturdy footwear and something soft to sit on, as the beach surface consists entirely of stones rather than sand.
The underwater environment near Josefinelust supports marine life including bluefin tuna and porpoises, making it excellent for snorkeling.
