Stadsparken

Stadsparken is Lund's largest park and spreads across multiple sections with different garden types and planted areas. The space features open lawns, flower gardens, and wooded zones that create varied landscapes for walking and exploring.

The park emerged from the remains of medieval city ramparts that were transformed during the 1800s. This conversion into a public space was shaped by the Great Exhibition of Lund held in 1904.

The park brings together multiple garden styles, with formal French layouts meeting English landscape design in different sections. You can see how this blend of European traditions shapes what you experience when walking through.
