Local fishermen maintain their traditional practices at the northern harbor, supplying fresh catches to numerous seafood restaurants along the shore.

Visitors can reach Cha-am Beach via a three-hour drive from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport or by taking a train from Bang Sue Grand Station.

At sunset, millions of fruit bats emerge from nearby Nayang caves, creating natural patterns against the evening sky over the beach area.
