Wat Yotha Nimit, Buddhist temple in Wang Krachae, Thailand.

Wat Yotha Nimit is a Buddhist temple in Wang Krachae with an old sanctuary containing a principal Buddha statue and wall murals from the early Rattanakosin period. The complex also houses the Wihan Yotha Nimit section with a collection of palm-leaf manuscripts, religious texts, and an imprint of the Buddha's foot.

Construction of the temple began during King Taksin's reign while he gathered troops in Trat and was completed under King Rama III. The sanctuary became an important site for official ceremonies under the early Rattanakosin monarchs.

The temple was the traditional location where government officials took oaths of loyalty, a practice that continued from King Taksin's era through King Rama V's reign.

The temple sits near a distinctive Chinese-inspired shrine at the Thetsaban 4 Road junction, which helps with navigation. Visitors should wear appropriate clothing and show respectful behavior, as expected at religious sites.

This is the only royal temple in Trat province and holds special historical importance for the region. Its status as a royal site makes it distinctive among all temples in the province.
