Carved into the steep cliffs of the Toros Mountains, Adamkayalar displays seventeen detailed Roman-era relief sculptures depicting warriors, families, and citizens.

The rock reliefs, dating from the second century AD, include nine niches containing eleven male figures, four female figures, two children, and one ibex.

The carvings document the burial traditions and societal roles of the ancient Olba state through detailed representations of weapons, clothing, and ceremonial scenes.

Located 7 kilometers north of Kızkalesi, the site requires a challenging 350-meter descent into the gorge after following a signposted route from the car park.

Two of the relief carvings contain inscriptions in ancient text, while Roman eagle figures positioned above the niches indicate imperial influences.
