The Urban Spotlight Arcade stretches along Wu-Fu Third Road, featuring a shaded walkway adorned with light decorations and artistic installations.
Established in 2001, the arcade initially displayed 2001 citizen portraits, then underwent major reconstruction in 2014 to incorporate performance spaces and art trails.
The space functions as a central meeting point where residents participate in regular cultural events, art performances, and community gatherings throughout the year.
Visitors can access the installation through Central Park Station of Kaohsiung MRT, with facilities including public restrooms, shops, and hiking paths.
The arcade showcases 16 themed light installations that transform the environment from daytime tranquility into an illuminated display after sunset.
