遠東世紀廣場, Commercial complex in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan
The Far Eastern Century Plaza is a commercial complex in Zhonghe District composed of twelve reinforced concrete buildings with colorful glass curtain walls. The structures rise for 18 stories above ground and extend down to four basement levels.
Development of the site began in 1997 on the grounds of a former Edmund Overseas Corporation factory. The first phase opened in 1998, with the second phase completed the following year.
The complex houses multiple international corporations, including Emperor International Group and technology firms, creating a dynamic business environment in New Taipei City.
The complex is accessible by multiple bus routes at the Liancheng-Zhongzheng Road intersection and provides direct vehicle access to National Highway 3 and Provincial Highway 64. Visitors can navigate the site easily and reach nearby transportation corridors without difficulty.
The development encompasses 59,400 square meters of land area and spans 694,200 square meters of total construction space, establishing itself as a major commercial landmark.
