Lazurne

Lazurne is a coastal settlement in Skadovsk Raion, Ukraine, situated on low-lying terrain about 4 meters above sea level along the Black Sea shore. The town spreads across this flat landscape approximately 28 kilometers west of Skadovsk.

The settlement was established in 1920 and has gone through administrative changes over the decades. In 2020, it gained the status of an urban-type settlement and became part of the expanded Skadovsk Raion.

The settlement is deeply rooted in maritime traditions, with the Black Sea shoreline serving as a natural gathering place for residents and visitors during warmer months. Community life revolves around the seaside, shaping how people spend their time here.

Visitors and residents typically access the settlement through Brylivka railway station, located approximately 80 kilometers away. Planning your arrival in advance is helpful since this station serves as the main gateway to the area.

The eastern portion features Dzharylhach, an extended sandbank formation that shapes the settlement's natural coastline. This geological feature gives the beach its distinctive character.
