Marmaros protected massif

The Marmaros protected massif extends across elevated terrain at 1540 meters, containing extensive beech forests and diverse mountain ecosystems within the Carpathian range.

The Yalynskii waterfall within the reserve stands as the highest cascade formation in the Carpathian mountain system.
