Pikui

The Pikuy peak reaches 1408 meters in elevation and features steep cliffs, rock formations, and beech forests across its slopes and foothills.

Prior to 1772, Pikuy marked the boundary between the Kingdom of Poland and Kingdom of Hungary, later becoming the border between Poland and Czechoslovakia until 1945.

The summit contains an obelisk dedicated to Ivan Franko, while the surrounding area preserves the traditions of the Boyko ethnic group in nearby villages.

Multiple marked trails lead to the summit from different starting points, including paths from Husne Vyzhne village with yellow stripes and Bilasovica village with blue stripes.

The mountain presents views extending across four countries and includes sections of virgin beech forest that form part of a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site.
