Regimental Office House

The Regimental Office House features a rectangular layout with a gable roof, divided sections through small vestibules, and ornate brick architectural details throughout the structure.

Built in the late 1690s for Colonel Yakov Kondratievich Lizogub of the Chernihiv regiment, the building later housed administrative offices and served as Chernihiv City Hall.

The structure exhibits the architectural expertise of Andrey Kvasov and Ivan Hryhorovych-Barskyi, who incorporated traditional Ukrainian housing elements with baroque design principles.

Located at coordinates 50.910389 latitude and 31.111194 longitude, the building contains multiple rooms divided into male and female sections, plus a six-chamber cellar.

The building's brick exterior displays intricate lacework patterns characteristic of Left Bank architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries in Ukraine.
