Klovski Descent 7A

Klovski Descent 7A is a residential skyscraper in Kyiv with 47 floors reaching 168 meters in height. The structure combines apartments with commercial spaces, with retail areas concentrated on the lower levels and living quarters distributed throughout the upper sections.

Construction started in 2008 and the building was completed in 2012, with its official opening taking place three years later. The project was part of the city's growth period during that decade.
