Nakivubo Stadium, Football stadium in Kampala, Uganda
The Nakivubo Stadium features a grass playing surface, multiple seating sections, and stands accommodating up to fifteen thousand spectators in central Kampala.
Established in 1926 on land provided by the Kabaka of Buganda, the stadium marked its inaugural match between Uganda National Team and Under-18 squad.
The stadium functions as a memorial ground, commemorating individuals who sacrificed their lives during wartime while hosting numerous national football competitions.
Located at the intersection of Namirembe and Hoima Roads in the Kalita district, the stadium provides access through various transportation options including taxis.
The facility underwent extensive renovation by Ham Enterprises, transforming into Hamz Stadium with thirty-five thousand seats and forty executive boxes.
