The structure represents International Style architecture and stands as Wisconsin's tallest building, marking the midpoint between Chicago and Minneapolis skylines.
Twenty elevators serve the building's tenants, including major corporations like U.S. Bank, Baird, and Foley & Lardner law firm across its million square feet.
The 41st floor houses a nesting box for peregrine falcons, installed in 1987 as part of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources wildlife recovery program.
